REFUNDS


Thanks for purchasing our products (or subscribing to our services) at WWW.MISSLESLIE.CA operated by LESLIE KAO.

We offer a *full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. *Some conditions apply.

Within 24 hours of the start of the class, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. Customers are encouraged to try the product (or service) before their purchase to ensure it fits your needs. If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, feel free to contact us.

For the purchase of a digital video of circle time, or birthday, the window for a refund will be within 24 hours after purchase. However, this is dependent on the commencement of the project.

Refund Conditions

These terms apply to all single day program purchases:

  • You can cancel and receive a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, until the program begins.
  • If a program is cancelled in advance by Miss Leslie, you will receive an option to reschedule or receive full refund. 
  • If Miss Leslie misses a one-time class, you will receive a full refund upon request.
  • If the start time of a class is rescheduled, you will receive a full refund upon request.

These terms apply to all multi day program purchases:

  • If a class is cancelled or rescheduled by Miss Leslie, you will receive, upon request, a pro-rated refund based on the number of sessions that were rescheduled and that you did not attend.
  • If a class in progress is cancelled by Miss Leslie, you will receive a pro-rated refund based on the percentage of sessions you paid for that were cancelled.
  • If you miss a class, you are not entitled to a refund.  If you miss 3 consecutive classes without communicating with Miss Leslie, you forfeit the class fee and class may be cancelled. Participants, however, may be transferred to other available sections at Miss Leslie’s discretion, and a recording may be available but not guaranteed. 
  • If participants have not joined the program 10 minutes after the start time, the program may be cancelled, at Miss Leslie‚Äôs discretion.  This is considered a missed program and you are not entitled to a refund. 
  • All participants agree to the code of conduct at the time of purchase.

Rescheduling

To reschedule, you must email hello@missleslie.ca within 12 hours of the missed program to avoid additional charge only applicable to single day classes and one on ones.

If you fail to attend programs after 3 reschedules, Miss Leslie reserves to right to no longer issue refunds and further allow reschedules.

Ongoing Classes

You will be charged upfront for every class that runs on a weekly basis as well as those that run everyday in a week when they are introduced. You can stop future charges at any time. Refunds for past charges are at Miss Leslie’s discretion.

It’s important to us that everyone has a positive experience learning with Miss Leslie. If any issues arise, you should first try to resolve them directly with Miss Leslie at hello@missleslie.ca.
